IS KSI FIGHTING JAKE PAUL

KSI and Jake Paul have been going back and forth over the past two years about facing each other in a boxing match. Although this has looked very unlikely to happen due to KSI concentrating on his music career rather than boxing. KSI has announced in his recent YouTube video that styles make fights, and his style (the pressure fighter) would beat Jake Paul. KSI used this same gameplan to beat Jakes brother Logan in 2019.
Jake Paul has made it clear he is taking boxing very seriously and he would like to avenge his brother’s loss to KSI. Jake now has an impressive 5-0 pro record with his recent fight being a rematch against former UFC welterweight champion Tyron Woodley which ended in a shocking KO. This KO has also been voted boxings knockout of the year.
Jake has publicly said he would love to fight KSI but believes KSI is scared to face him in the ring. Jake has a lot more experience in the ring in comparison to KSI and would be the favourite if the two were to fight.
KSI’s manager has said in recent interviews that KSI will fight Jake Paul, but the time needs to be right. KSI’s manager stated, "Like with Logan, best team, best location, best team house, lovely place in Vegas, everything has to be perfect to give him the best possible chance without any distraction”. This means KSI would need to move away to train with his team to remove all distractions.
Jake’s older brother Logan Paul has fought KSI twice having two controversial endings. The first fight ended in a draw with both fighters going the distance in a close match. Logan looked to be taking control in the early rounds of the boxing match but as the rounds progressed and Logan began to tire, KSI was able to rally a comeback and apply pressure on Logan resulting in a draw.
The second boxing match between Logan and KSI took place in 2019 and ended with a decision win for KSI. Logan had two points deducted because he punched KSI when he was on the canvas. This led to the ref allowing KSI time to recover due to this punch which some people have stated saved KSI. KSI was clearly hurt from the knockdown and was stumbling around the ring for a brief moment after the knockdown.
As mentioned above KSI has stated in his recent video that he has the style to beat Jake Paul. KSI has also been spotted with his old boxing coaches which has people speculating a boxing comeback is on the horizon for the YouTube star.
