PEAKY BLINDERS S6 RELEASE DATE & MORE

Peaky Blinders season 6 has been confirmed but with a twist. Season 6 is said to be the final season of the impressive Peaky Blinders saga. The creator of the Peaky Blinders Steven Knight has also confirmed that the story “will continue in another form”. But has made no further comment on this.

The bad news is COVID-19 had put a stop to the production of Peaky Blinders season 6. Thankfully, the beginning of 2021 saw the production of Season 6 start up again. This is great news of fans of the show as we near the end of 2021 because the next series cannot be far away.

Season 6 Release Date

Season 6 is highly anticipated and there has been rumours of season 6 releasing in early 2022. The Peaky Blinders official Twitter posted season 6 will be released early 2022.

Steven Knight has also stated that Season 6 has been fully shot and the editing is nearly finished which is great for us fans. Conrad Khan has explained February 2022 is the release date that they are currently talking about. This would mean we’re just a matter of months away from season 6. Previous seasons have commonly been released around summer or winter time so a surprise announcement of a release date could come sooner than we think.

In one of Conrad Khans previous interviews linked below. He said “From what I heard. I mean things change so quickly. I think that will come out next February, the beginning of next year”.

Peaky Blinders the Movie

Peaky Blinders creator Steven Knight has said that they will begin shooting the Peaky Blinders movie in 2023. The movie will be set and shot in Birmingham and Knight has explained that the movie will probably be the finale of the Peaky Blinders.

Knight did go on to say there could be other series related to the Peaky Blinders, but he does not see himself directing these. He has explained he would prefer to “pass the baton on” after he has released the movie.
